I offer private 1:1 Yin yoga, guided meditation, and sound healing sessions.

The intention is to support your nervous system and help your body fully slow down and reset. We move through gentle, long held Yin poses to release tension in the body and fascia, followed by meditation and a sound bath to help everything integrate.

These sessions are especially helpful if you're feeling stressed, emotionally heavy, burnt out, disconnected from your body, or just craving deep rest. It's not about performance or flexibility; it's about feeling safe, supported, and grounded again.
